For Windows:

Uninstall your previous version torrent file downloader.
Download the latest version. The link is given below.
After Downloading, Open the downloaded Folder and Extract the downloaded file.
Install The App setup into windows.
Exit The App from System Tray.
Copy Content from the Folder to the Install Directory like this Path C:\\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent and replace it.
Now it is activated by the full version. You do not need to set up to increase downloading speed.
